Terms and Conditions

Release of Liability:

  1. I,the undersigned Master Automotive Training student, am at least 18 years of age or 16 years of age with consent from a parent or guardian and desire to participate in the scheduled (“laboratory assignments”). These laboratory assignments have been explained to me and I fully understand and appreciate the dangers, hazards, and risks that may arise from engaging in the laboratory assignments. These dangers, hazards, and risks can result in injury and impairment to my body, general health, well being, and could include serious or even fatal injuries.
  2. Knowing the dangers, hazards, and risks of the laboratory assignments and in consideration of being permitted to participate in the laboratory assignments, on behalf of myself, my family, spouse, heirs, and personal representative(s) ( The Releasors ), I agree to assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding my participation in the laboratory assignments. On behalf of myself and the Releasors I hereby covenant not to sue Master Automotive Training, or its trustees, officers, representatives, and employees (“Releasees”), and I hereby release, waive, forever discharge the Releasees from and against any and all liability or any harm, injury, damage, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses of any nature that I may have or that may hereafter accrue to me or a Releasor, arising out of, or related to, the laboratory assignments, whether caused by the negligence or carelessness of the Releasees or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any loss, liability, damage or cost, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, that may arise due to my participation in the Activity. It is my expressed intent that this Liability Release and Waiver shall bind me, the members of my family and spouse, if I am alive, and my estate, family, heirs, administrators, personal representatives, or assigns, if I am deceased, and shall be deemed as a legally binding release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the Releasees.
  3. I agree to conduct myself in accordance with the rules of conduct and standards of behavior that are expected of me as a student of Master Automotive Training and to abide by the various instructions and guidance I am given by the Instructor or by an laboratory coordinator designated by Master Automotive Training.
  4. I do not suffer from a physical or mental impairment that would limit my ability to participate in laboratory. I understand, agree and hereby grant Releasees permission to authorize emergency medical treatment for me, if necessary and arising out of the laboratory assignments, and that such action by Releasees shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. I understand and agree that Releasees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment.
Admission Requirements:

Students must be actively involved in the automotive industry.

Language Policy:

All instruction is provided in English including but not limited to; text books, presentations, and tests. This institution doe provide help with English as a second language for Spanish speakers only at this time.

Financing Assistance:

This institution does not assist students in obtaining financing from a third party financing company.

Completion Requirements:

Students must complete all coursework, attend 100% of all class hours of instruction and pass a practical test to receive a signed graduation certificate.

Complaint Resolution Statement:

If you experience any difficulty, please contact the school director. The Director will try to resolve any complaint you may have. However, should you still be unsatisfied with results, you may contact the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education in Sacramento. Any questions or problems concerning this school that have not been satisfactory answered or resolved by the school should be directed to the

Students Disclosure Statement:

To Protect your rights as a student, we offer the following information:

  1. You are to receive a copy of this catalog prior to your signing an enrollment agreement or contract.
  2. The contract or agreement you sign shall not become operative (enforceable) until you attend the first class or session of instruction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Per 94822 of the CEC: This institution, for all students, without penalty or obligation, shall refund 100 percent of the amount paid for institutional charges, less a reasonable deposit or application fee not to exceed $100, if notice of cancellation is made prior to or on the first day of instruction. If you cancel your enrollment, please do so in writing. Deliver your notice to cancel to the school, and direct it to the attention of the school director.

Thereafter, no refunds to tuition are made by this institution.

Per 94823 of the CEC: if you arrive for your first scheduled class and decide to cancel your enrollment, you may do so and receive a full refund of tuition paid. For example, if you paid $250.00 for a program of instruction and paid a $100.00 registration fee, you would receive a refund of $250.00 and the school would retain your registration fee of $100.00, which is not refundable.Or, for example, if you paid $250.00 for a program of instruction and paid $100.00 registration fee, attended half the program and the decided to withdraw, no refund would be due.

Instructional Registration Disclosure:

We are registered with the State of California. Registration means we have met the certain minimum standards imposed by the state for registered school on the basis of our written application to the state. Registration does not mean we have met all of the more extensive standards required by the state for school that are approved to operate or licensed or that the state has verified the information we submitted with our registration form.

Student Tuition Recovery Fund Statement:

This institution does not participate in the Student Tuition Recovery Fund.

State Registration Disclosure:

Registration does not mean we have met all of the more extensive standards required by the state for school that are approved to operate or licensed or that the state has verified the information we submitted with our registration form.
