I'm apsalutly not happy with it.

I got it to help with my 07 Dodge Caliber lost key. So I read that this MX808 is a very good choice. Because it has a lot of so called manufactures listed. But I won't let me program my new key. I have been in the automotive, motorcycle, tractors, and ever now and then road tractors. Thinking this would be a nice tool to have. But to be honest it's not my Snap-on scanner is much better. The part that realy upsets me is I emailed your team to see if I'm doing something wrong. Of if there is something else I need to get. Or trade this one back in on witch ever one I should have gotten. I know I'll get shafted on value "because I used it" I have done noting with it that helped me in any way. I have a customer come in yesterday and her A/C not cold at all. After looking at it I found that the clutch was not turning on. So I hooked up the MX808 to see if there were any codes. And no there wasn't any. So then I went in to the testing components to test run the A/C clutch and fan to if thay may trun on. But nope there was no way to run a test on the A/C components. All it keeped stating it that A/C config not set. How is that even possible. So, then I hooked up my Snap-on scanner and with right in to the body controller and ran all the A/C components testing. And after all that and yes I had a very good idea why the A/C was not working. After the testing all passed but no A/C clutch Ingajment. It was all do to the A/C clutch failure. So if there is no way to have the MX808 do just abut the same or close to the Snap-on scanner and be able to program keys, key Fobs, factory remote starting. With or on how to get the Pin code and any other info that is need to add more keys or replace lost keys. I truly hope so. At this point it's a wast of money.
